Today on the Blog we have Alex and Phil’s Engagement Photo Shoot.
Alex and Phil are getting married at The Old Vicarage Hotel in Worfield and as part of all of my Wedding Photography Packages I include an Engagement Portrait. For this we chose to do the engagement photographs at the studio to give a nice clean and contemporary background but because the day was so nice it felt only right to head outside into the garden to capture some more relaxed and natural shots with a more rural backdrop.
I opted for a reportage style of photography for the majority of their photographs, encouraging the couple to just talk about their day and what they are looking forward to about the wedding in order to capture a set of natural organic smiles in their engagement photographs rather than a manufactured forced cheesy grin.
